Policy
New Clients
clients must be 18 years of age or older.
We will contact you regarding this matter after your appointment is accepted.
Please clean your lashes prior to your appointment to utilize your full
scheduled appointment duration. We will have cleaning stations available if you are unable to clean your lashes prior to your appointment. Please be advised, cleaning your lashes during your appointment may result in cutting into your scheduled fill time. Dirty lashes or curled lashes may affect the effectiveness of the lash adhesive bonding properly and may result in poor retention.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment time please allow a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations. If for any reason you are unable to request a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will incur a cancellation fee. The result of a cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. We will not accept future appointments until cancellation fee is paid in full. We understand emergencies and life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We can be contacted via voice call or text messaging.
Late Arrival
Tardiness may result in a shortened appointment time. Clients will be responsible for paying the full amount of the scheduled service. This rule is to protect our workers as they are paid based on commission. Please be on time for your appointment.
Payment
We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp) and Apple Pay. No Personal Check,
Traveler’s Check, money order.
Bringing Guests
Please be mindful and respectful of other clients and our employees. If you bring a guest with you, they are welcome to lounge in the waiting area. Please keep guests and noise to a minimum.
COVID-19 Update
We do not require a mask at this time however, if you feel comfortable wearing one you are welcome to bring your own as masks are not provided at our facility.
Post Service Appointment
In the event you experience discomfort or eye irritation after receiving a service at our salon, please contact us within 5 business days. This may be the result of pad/tape placement during your service or an allergic reaction. Your comfort and safety is our top priority so please do not hesitate to let our technician know whenever you feel any discomfort. It is usually an easy fix.
If it is necessary, we will perform the full removal of extensions at the earliest appointment at no cost. No refund will be processed. Gratuity is not included in the cost of any given service. Industry standard is 15-25%.
Although, it is uncommon there is a chance you will develop an allergic reaction to the adhesive and/or lash products. Allergic reactions may include but are not limited to: itching, redness, swelling, and watery eyes. If the symptoms are mild there are a few things you can do
- Use a cold compress on irritated eye(s) (i.e.: ice pack, frozen peas).
- Apply a small amount of Cortisone cream to your eyelids if you experience itching, swelling, and or discomfort on or around your eyelids.
- Take an over-the-counter antihistamine (i.e.: Benadryl, Claritin, Zyrtec, etc.) to manage symptoms and avoid symptom from persisting or worsening.
If symptoms persists or worsens, please contact your health care provider or visit Urgent Care immediately.
